Through our Individual Mentorship Plans (IMP), every young man is paired with a dedicated mentor based on career interests, hobbies, personality, and goals.
These connections are strengthened with monthly in-person meetups over a shared meal. This initiative fosters strong, lasting mentor-mentee relationships that empower our youth to grow with purpose and guidance.
